The Visionary Behind Raddhe Sound Brand Hitesh Togaadiya

The founder and driving force behind Raddhe Sound, Hitesh Togaadiya is a true example of passion, perseverance, and continuous self-growth.

His journey began as a professional electrical wiring contractor in Mumbai, where he worked for 5 years mastering the technical nuances of power systems and infrastructure. Seeking a broader path, he shifted to Ahmedabad and took on the role of Chief Program Coordinator with renowned life coach Sneh Desai. For over a decade, Hitesh managed national and international seminars, including four assignments in the USA, gaining vast experience in event execution, planning, and crowd engagement.

Fuelled by his love for the event industry, Hitesh launched his first entrepreneurial venture, Raddhe Event Management, handling weddings, corporate functions, and cultural programs. But deep inside, he was always drawn to the technical side of events — sound. That passion led to the birth of Raddhe Sound.

Starting with a small inventory, Hitesh served Gujarati drama groups and local musical events. However, the COVID-19 pandemic hit hard, and like many in the industry, he faced major setbacks. But rather than giving up, he chose to upskill.

After facing major challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, Hitesh Togaadiya took a bold step to strengthen his technical foundation by pursuing formal education in sound engineering.

He began his training at Gujarat University, where he learned the core principles of audio systems, acoustics, and live sound setup. To gain hands-on experience, he trained under Sunil Pandya at the Live Sound Academy, mastering the use of line arrays, mixers, and real-time audio processing.

Further advancing his skills, Hitesh completed the LSW (Live Sound Workshop) with Shane Macwan, focusing on live event simulations and real-world troubleshooting. He also trained with Rajesh Khade through the SMART Audio Program, learning system tuning, SPL management, and digital audio tools like SMAART.

These specialized trainings have shaped Hitesh into a skilled sound engineer and vendor, committed to delivering professional, precise, and powerful sound solutions at every event.

Today, Hitesh continues to grow as a sound vendor, live sound engineer, and technical partner for leading musical bands, event companies, and spiritual organizations. He remains committed to refining his skills daily, leading a team of professional sound technicians and engineers, and delivering unmatched audio quality that delights clients and uplifts every performance.
